Common areas remodeling

Tempo changed and we wanted to differentiate it by giving it a fresher, more friendly and urban feel. We returned an urban space by reusing parking areas of the main square, and we created a structure with movement to carry out events, as well as incorporating a landscape design with endemic trees from Costa Rica that provide shade and green elements to the plaza, the terrace areas were included as new spaces of coexistence defined by wooden decks and furniture. It is important to mention that the location and design of each of these elements also respond to a solution that helps to reduce and channel the wind speed so this does not affect the defined spaces, the street now designed sinuous and curved it promotes that the cars lower their speed and the pedestrians have priority of circulation. Each restaurant has a new terrace, decorated with wooden pergolas and decorative lighting to create new environments both day and night.
